From humble beginnings in 2003, Cécile Tremblay has grown her family domaine into one of the most acclaimed names of the Côte de Nuits, today farming around seven hectares including four Grands Crus. Certified biodynamic since 2016, Cécile’s thoughtful and intuitive approach in both vineyard and cellar has produced wines renowned for their purity, finesse, depth and beautifully delicate tannins.

We are delighted to present an exceptional selection spanning some of the domaine’s most sought-after vineyards and vintages, including rare magnums and the remarkable Chapelle-Chambertin Grand Cru 2019, which received a perfect 100 point score from William Kelley. While Cécile herself will not be joining us for the evening, this is a wonderful opportunity to experience a breadth of her wines together, including some truly special bottles that are rarely encountered in such a line-up.

The dinner will take place at Hokkien House, located in H Queen’s, one of Hong Kong’s newest and most exciting dining destinations. Its beautiful contemporary space is complemented by refined modern Hokkien cuisine, providing a distinctive setting for an evening dedicated to the wines of Cécile Tremblay.
